RECIPE
Ingredients:-
- Cubed Paneer / Cottage Cheese
- Squared onions
- Squared tomatoes
- Squared capsicum
- Cumin seeds 1tbsp
- Asafoetida 1/2tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Garam masala 1tsp
- Chaat masala 1tsp
- Dry mango powder 1/2tsp
- Black pepper powder 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2tbsp
- Ghee / Clarified butter 1tbsp
- Milk ( to smoothen the marinate)
1. Grind together Chopped onions, tomatoes and spices. Add salt, vegetable oil, ghee and milk. Make a smooth paste.
3. Preheat the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
4. Brush the skewers with oil and place the vegetables in the order (onion, tomato, capsicum, pander).
Leave some space for paneer to cook evenly.
6. Remove from the and serve with chutney.
