Dough Making... Basics of Cooking #1...

       Dough making is fundamental in cooking, especially Baking.
I believe that one should know how to make a perfect dough using Yeast. Yeast is Baker's best friend.
Using Yeast not only poofs up the dough but also enhances the flavors.
       The effects of using Yeast can be seen in the above picture. Keeping the dough in air tight atmosphere for minimum 2 hours is essential for the Yeast to start reproducing.
       The above dough is made using Whole Wheat Flour and All Purpose Flour in equal quantity.
Using lukewarm water helps in making the dough soft and develops the gluten faster.

  • Pepper.
  • Vegetable Oil.

  • Sugar.
  • Water. 

  Toppings:
Finely chopped Onion, Dried Oregano, Basil, Cilantro, Parmesan Cheese, Chilli Flakes, Pepper, Salt,
Curd,  Tomato🍅 Sauce....
