One of my primitive recipes using spaghetti. 

Banana donuts with chocolate dressing

These were one of my primitive dishes and one of my first steps towards cooking. Banana is one of my favorite fruits so I had used banana as a flavoring as well as sweetening agents in my donuts. I had some over ripen bananas in my kitchen so I decided to somehow consume them before they become useless.

  1. Smash the bananas with a fork and make a smooth paste.
  2. Then add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix until combined. Add the fats (in this case, I added flavorless vegetable oil) and the dry ingredients such as the wheat flour, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon and fold them together,
  3. Make a pliable dough out the ingredients by gradually adding water.
  4. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin, cut the donuts and finally fry them in hot oil until golden browned.
  5. For the glaze, melt some chocolate and dip the donuts when they cool down. Sprinkle a little icing sugar and enjoy with Tea as an evening snack.
